CLEVELAND – Police say a motorist fleeing officers in Cleveland abandoned his car and jumped a fence — landing in what turned out to be a prison yard.

About Us

Hailing from Baltimore, Stranger by the Day is comprised of musicians who have a life-long commitment to music. Those players would be: Charlie on Guitar and vocals, Harry on bass and vocals, Graham on keyboards and vocals, and our favorite drummer ever, TBA!

Our pedigree reaches far back into the pop music scene of Baltimore. Remember legendary bands like Vanessa, Staggerwing, The Heat, The Process, Carry On, Secrets, The Cha-Cha Boys, Pen Lucy, Trilogy? At least one of us was in those bands, and more. We learned a lot about pleasing audiences in those groups. It shows, too. No other band in the area sounds like this one. Great music deserves great vocals and musicianship, and that's what Stranger by the Day delivers.

Don't take our word for it - have a look around the site and listen to some of the music and watch the videos of us here. We have live video of us, which (we've been told) sounds awesome! We show live clips so you can be assured that we can actually do what we say we can do.

Did we mention that we're established music teachers, too?

We play just about everything: rock, pop, jazz, funk, soul, classic rock, country, but we bet we haven't played every song written (although it sure feels that way sometimes). So, if you want us to play something, just ask. We're not afraid to torture any song.
