A fire truck rolled 60 feet and crashed into a tree during a demonstration Saturday in Pasadena, injuring one firefighter who attempted to stop the truck, an Anne Arundel County Fire Department spokesman said.
The Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Company was showing eight children firefighting equipment when the truck's emergency break released, causing the truck to roll, said Battalion Chief Steve Thompson, spokesman with Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
