There are a few items still in a cart in front of David Perticone's house in Severn, where a yard sale was held recently. The 46-year-old is out on bail, charged with breaking and entering his neighbor's home, stealing her stuff and trying to sell it.'Yeah, I thought they were going to foreclose and the stuff go to the dump or whatever, that it was going to go to waste,' Perticone said. 'I wasn't thinking right, but I'm thinking I'm going to get these things before they go to the trash heap or whatever.
"I know it don't make sense, but I wasn't thinking right."
The neighbor called police when she came home after a long time away and noticed all the stolen belongings. Then she glanced down the street and told police she saw her things being sold by Perticone."
